I saw an advert that Balsam Hill had sale on of there Christmas trees, so I thought great Ill treat us to a new tree, I chose the tree put all bank details in, got authority from the bank, but got a message to say website down for maintenance! So I thought I ll try again later.
Did the same thing again & still after 10 hours got the same message that there website is down for maintenance.
Why on earth would you advertise like crazy if your website cannot cope with orders.

We can not contact or get a response from customer services, we paid for a tree £559 on the 27th May 2022. We tried to track the order , it stated it was dispatched from Holland but then returned the same day. How do we speak to someone to discuss the order? We are being to think this company is a scam as no phone calls or emails are answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely love my tree!! The quality is fantastic and the extras like spare bulbs and gloves to spruce with are lovely. Delivery was on time! Fabulous.

Storage bag was missing. They agreed to send one out, but it was half the size of the tree, and nobody has answered my emails since. Very poor customer service!

My new Christmas tree looks totally amazing. Unfortunately I disposed of the cardboard box immediately THEN I realised I was supposed to keep it to store inside the bag, to protect the tree and lights! I wish I had known about this when I ordered it! Would love to get a replacement box?

I bought Nordmann 7 ft in the sale. I also ordered three garlands to match. All came quickly, beautifully packaged. I got everything out as I’d seen others do on YouTube so that if next Christmas when I need it, there was any issue, I’d already know. However, all was perfect and the tree is so, so lifelike and beautiful. I’m so looking forward to seeing it fully adorned!

Fantastic service and quality products. I have several trees and skirts now that are the talk of the family and friends. I love all the extra treats you get such as storage bags, smoothing gloves, spare bulbs for my prelit and detailed instructions on assembly and 'fluffing' branches.
You won't get better than Balsamhill

Excellent quality first class service and customer care.
I understand that on first browsing the products may appear quite expensive but I can honestly say that they are absolutely worth ever penny. These items are in a class of their own. I add to my collection every year and have never been disappointed. I would have no hesitation in recommending these products and this company.

Cant fault the tree at all worth the money

Love my new tree, only giving 3 stars as I needed spare bulbs which at the time were unavailable. Several weeks later still waiting for the bulbs and have had no update to let me know when I can expect them.

Tree bought in the post Christmas sale arrived promptly with basket trim a few days later(package damaged in transit but contents undamaged)
We left for an extended holiday immediately after delivery so have not yet erected the tree. Hopefully all will be well when it is revealed in December 2022

I bought the Chelsea Flat Back tree and I am delighted with the product. The branches are so realistic and sturdy. It came with all the necessary fittings in strong sturdy packaging with lots of spares. Although it seems expensive, it is well worth the money. An excellent service and a fantastic tree.

I had a few queries with Balsam Hill by email and their response and turnaround time was super quick.

Their customer care is second to none.

I would highly recommend this fantastic company.

When i had difficulty placing my order and called them direct the staff were friendly and very helpful. I ordered an artificial Christmas which looks incredibly lifelike. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
